The purpose of the scheme is to encourage students who have faced obstacles in gaining experience of the legal recruitment process or access to the legal profession to apply. If you also faced any obstacles when applying to practice law that you would be willing to share on your form this would help us to better match our students with a mentor in practice who had a similar experience. All the information shared on the form remains confidential within the careers team.
